Property Management Assistance Program (PMA)

Featuring Key Service, Maintenance Response & Emergency Response

If you rent your vacation home on your own or through another firm, our management services are available to you through our PMA, Property Management Assistance program. Of course we would rather list your home for rent but, if not, we are happy to extend these services to you. You get key service, emergency call capability, lock box service, and maintenance support.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE COVERS:

  • Key Service: Our office will hand out keys to your tenants/guests to pick up and drop off with seven days advance notice.
  • Maintenance Response: Our property management office will respond to maintenance issues during the contract period. Additional costs will apply based on time and materials. Our office will bill you with a net 15 day term.
  • Emergency Response: Our office will offer our 800# emergency response service to owners and guests in the event that a problem occurs after normal business hours. (Additional fees with terms as stated above)

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

  • Collecting of rental fees or security deposits
  • Check-out inspections for security deposit issues or cleaning issues
  • Any advertising of unit, for rent or sale
  • Handling any issues tenants or guests have with unit residence, location or representation
Hours of Operation: Monday Through Friday From 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Saturday & Sunday By Appointment Only
