Don Cabrera is an experienced property manager with over 20 years of vacation home rental and property management experience. As a NJ Licensed Broker Associate and Certified Manager of Community Associations, (CMCA) Don leads the Cabrera Property Management team. Don graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Recreation and is Mayor in Wildwood Crest, NJ. Don has been a realtor and broker along with his wife, Jeanine, for over 25 years. Don founded Cabrera Property Management in 2002.
Originally from Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, Tami attended York College of Pennsylvania, where she studied Business Administration and Accounting and earned a degree in Business Administration before relocating to Cape May County, “Home of the Best Sunsets!” Prior to joining CPM, Tami served the Wildwood Crest Police Department for 10 years as a dispatcher, Class II Officer, and Confidential Secretary. Her greatest and proudest accomplishment is raising her five children, who are now all successful adults. With more than 35 years of office management experience, Tami is also a commissioned Notary Public. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, attending Phillies games, camping, boating, and traveling.
Jenn grew up in Cape May County and attended Lower Cape May Schools and Atlantic Community College. She started her real estate career in 1998 with her NJ Real Estate License and earned her NJ Broker License in 2023. With 28 years of experience in sales, rentals, and property management, Jenn brings a strong work ethic and a reputation for getting results. When she has time off, Jenn enjoys relaxing at her mountain house with her husband, Steve. In her free time, she enjoys running, biking, relaxing on the beach, watching football games, and spending time with her friends and family.
With over 20 years of experience in the property management industry, Jack Kirwin Jr. is a powerhouse of operational expertise and local insight. As a born-and-raised local, Jack possesses an intuitive understanding of regional market trends and community needs that simply can’t be taught. Jack’s career is defined by a "dynamic asset" approach—combining two decades of technical know-how with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. A licensed Real Estate Agent since 2016, he brings a comprehensive perspective to every transaction and management contract. He excels at optimizing property performance, fostering strong owner relationships, and navigating the complexities of the local real estate landscape with ease. When he isn’t overseeing property portfolios or streamlining operations, Jack is a dedicated father of two. His deep roots in the community extend beyond management; he is also a Certified Pool Operator (CPO), adding a specialized layer of technical expertise to the assets he manages. Jack’s commitment to his family and his hometown drives his professional integrity, ensuring every project is handled with the care and reliability of a true neighbor.
Carl Tait is a Cape May county native. He is new to the Cabrera team and brings 15 years of Management experience under his belt. Carl is a go-getter and is always up for a new challenge. Carl lives on the island with his High School Sweetheart, Julia, of 20 years and his daughter. In his free time, he likes to hang at the beach and at family outings. You can often find him running or biking in the early morning down the boardwalk, training for the next upcoming race!
Pedro is originally from Arecibo, Puerto Rico. He started off his career at Cabrera as a seasonal property attendant until purchasing a home in New Jersey. He then became a full-time year-round Maintenance Supervisor. When Pedro is not working, you can always find him fixing something in his garage or house. Whenever the possibility of heading home to Puerto Rico is available, he takes it so he can get back to his favorite hobby of riding horses and spending time with his family.
Ryan Reza, Year Round Property Manager La Quinta Towers Email: ryan@cabreracompanies.com Ryan is originally from New York. He now lives in North Wildwood, New Jersey . Ryan has previous experience working as a project manager for a construction company for over 14 years in the Wildwood area. His passions are working out and teaching law enforcement Martial Arts training. Ryan is also a Professional DJ for corporate events and special benefits for local fire departments.
