Don Cabrera is an experienced property manager with over 20 years of vacation home rental and property management experience. As a NJ Licensed Broker Associate and Certified Manager of Community Associations, (CMCA) Don leads the Cabrera Property Management team. Don graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Recreation and is Mayor in Wildwood Crest, NJ. Don has been a realtor and broker along with his wife, Jeanine, for over 25 years. Don founded Cabrera Property Management in 2002.

Originally from Gettysburg PA, Tami attended York College of PA where she studied business administration and accounting before moving to Wildwood Crest. She continued her education at Atlantic Cape Community College, obtaining a degree in Business Administration. She was employed with the Wildwood Crest Police Department for 10 years where she served as a dispatcher, Class II Officer and Administrative Assistant. She is the mother of 5 children.

Tami has over 20 years of experience running an office and is also a Notary Public. When not spending time with family, Tami volunteers as the Treasurer for Greater Wildwood Little League and Crest Memorial PTC. She also enjoys running, reading, scrapbooking, and playing basketball and volleyball.

Jenn is a Cape May County native. After attending the Lower Cape May Schools and Atlantic Community College, she went on to grow her real estate experience. Gaining the knowledge in both sales and rentals, she has 23 years of various capacities in the industry. Jenn is a motivated, organized and self-starter who knows how to “get the job done”.

In her free time, Jenn likes to go shopping, running, biking, relaxing on the beach and watching football  games with her husband Steve and friends.

Jack is a Jersey Shore local, thick and through. Growing up in the area, he has deep roots in the Wildwoods, and knows the island like the back of his hand. As a dedicated employee for over ten years, he has excelled in property management.

If there’s a problem, Jack is there to solve it! Jack enjoys “livin’ the island life,” with his son and enjoying family time at the shore.

Carl Tait is a Cape May county native. He is new to the Cabrera team and brings 15 years of Management experience under his belt. Carl is a go-getter and is always up for a new challenge. Carl lives on the island with his High School Sweetheart, Julia,  of 20 years and his daughter. In his free time, he likes to hang at the beach and at family outings. You can often find him running or biking in the early morning down the boardwalk, training for the next upcoming race!

Joe Werba brings 20 years of experience to Cabrera Property Management, in the Building Maintenance and Custodial areas. From schools to commercial property and now Condominium Management. Hands on and customer friendly , Joe has created a positive atmosphere wherever he works.  Joe also loves his time spent with Family and Friends at The Beach.

Austin Schwartz, Year Round Property Attendant

Austin is very familiar with Cape May County.  He graduated from Lower Cape May Regional High School and went on to receive his Associates Degree from Atlantic Cape Community College.  Austin is a go getter and is up for any task given to him. He is also an entrepreneur with  his own clothing line. He is also an avid Philadelphia sports team fan.  In Austins spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, playing hockey and jujutsu.
